For over two decades, Excalibur Fairs has been the heart of the Midlands Paper Crafting scene. This year, we’re threading the needle and expanding our horizons. We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Sewing & Needlecraft Show a dedicated space launching on Saturday, May 9th, 2026, running alongside our beloved Paper Craft & Stamping show.

We welcome New Exhibitors to join our inaugural show:

Who We are Looking For

To ensure the Sewing & Needlecraft Hall offers the same premium experience as our established Paper Craft show, we are seeking exhibitors who specialise in:

  • Fabric Curators: Suppliers of high-quality quilting cottons, sustainable dressmaking fabrics, and unique textile remnants.

  • Artisan Yarn Producers: Independent dyers and wool merchants offering natural fibres and specialised knitting/crochet kits.

  • Needlework Designers: Creators of modern or traditional embroidery, cross-stitch, and tapestry kits.

  • Boutique Haberdashery: Stockists of specialised notions, trims, ribbons, and "hard-to-find" sewing tools.

  • Machine & Tool Experts: Demonstrators of sewing machines, overlockers, and innovative cutting tools.

Our Goal: We aim to create a "Maker’s Paradise." If you offer expert advice alongside your products and enjoy engaging with a passionate, knowledgeable community, you will fit right in.

Why a One-Day Boutique Show?

By focusing on a single day, we create a vibrant atmosphere that creates a positive retail experience, resulting in decisive customer purchasing. We are looking for the best suppliers of needle crafts who can also offer expert advice to the community of like-minded makers.

You will find our shows are warm and friendly with very loyal customers. Similar to our Paper Craft Shows, we intend to build this show over the coming months and years, so grab your stand now as space is limited.
